What is Bifocal?
Bifocal turns the sales export you already have into one page: every menu item ranked, what changed since last week, and what to look at first.
Why did you build this?
I’m a data analyst. I’ve spent years digging through spreadsheets to find the patterns that explain what’s really going on in a business. I already had a faster way to do it, so I built it for you, too.
What problem does it solve?
The digging. You skip ranking items and working out the week-over-week change by hand, and a second set of eyes checks the math before it reaches you.
What do I send?
The Product Mix export from Toast. Email it to us. Nothing to connect.
Is this an app or a dashboard?
No. There is no login and nothing to install. You get a one-page report by email.
When am I charged?
Your first 30 days are free. Your card is saved at sign-up and first charged on day 30. Cancel any time before then and you are never charged.
